Premier Teams Round 1 Action

SUANFC’s 2026 season officially begins this weekend with Round 1 of the home and away competition, as our premier aligned teams take the field at HJ Mahoney Memorial Park for the first official matches of the year. Both programs enter the season following strong pre-seasons and will look to translate that work into performance against St George.

The Growthbuilt Sydney University Australian National Football Club opens its 2026 home and away season this weekend, with our premier aligned teams hosting the St George Dragons at HJ Mahoney Memorial Park. This marks the first official competition fixture of the season for our premier aligned teams, setting the tone for the year ahead against a building St George outfit.

Saturday – Round 1

The day begins at 9:00am and features four matches across the U19.5, men’s, and women’s programs:

U19.5 Division 1 – 9:00am
Men’s Division 1 – 11:05am
Men’s Premier Division – 1:20pm
Women’s Premier Division – 3:55pm

The club canteen will operate across the full day, offering a range of food and beverages for players and supporters. All proceeds support the club’s operations and playing programs.

Players, members, alumni, and supporters are encouraged to attend and support the club as the 2026 season begins at HJ Mahoney Memorial Park.

Note: The first round for our divisional teams is April 11, 2026.
