Jake Veale will join the Students in 2019 off the back of two seasons in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL). Veale, a Sydney native and product of the Sydney Swans Academy returns to Sydney following a breakout season with the Sturt Football Club.
Senior Coach Tom Morrison stated, ‘”we are happy to invite Jake back to Sydney. He is a talented young local footballer who has elite ball use and can play a variety of roles for us.
“Along with a number of athletes in his age bracket (22), Jake is keen to lead our program into a new phase in 2019. We are excited to have him on board and look forward to working with him in 2019 and beyond.”
Veale will join the training group in the New Year.
