Are you interested in playing AFL this year? Come down and try out the national sport with Sydney Uni. In 2016 SUANFC will field 6 teams in the Sydney AFL competition. Our club welcomes new players of all levels of experience. We train on campus at Sydney University with home games at both Uni No. 1 Oval and Henson Park in Marrickville. Our club is the oldest AFL club in NSW and is a club based on the strong values of Tradition, Respect, Unity and Excellence. We are a hard training football club who also enjoy the social aspects of sharing a drink after the game back at the home pub. As a club run to a great extent by playing members, we welcome any players who are keen to help us continue to play a part in this great club that has been going since 1887! Fees for this year will be $450 for all senior players and $375 for Colts players.
Please note: No pay, no play for Round 1.
Fees go towards:
– training ground hire and equipment
– Sydney AFL registration, ground and umpire payments
– club merchandise, with each player to get a club polo, home and away shorts, and socks
– SUSF registration
– high-quality banter
– invitation to a series of exclusive club events
– ensuring the ongoing success of SUANFC.
