Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Sydney University Australian National Football Club (SUANFC) will be held on Thursday 8 December at 6.30pm. It will take place on campus in The Teachers College (Seminar Room 436), located on the corner of Manning Rd and Western Avenue, Camperdown.

- Delivery of SUANFC Annual Report
- President Report
- GM Report
- Vice President Report – Sydney AFL
- Vice President Report – Junior Development
- Treasurer Report
- General Business – call for agenda items
- Dissolution of 2016 Executive & Committee
The current president will suggest that the incoming 2017 Executive and General Committee be formed with the election of the following proposed positions:
- President
- VP – Sydney AFL
- VP – NEAFL & Club Development – Football
- VP – NEAFL & Club Development – Commercial
- Treasurer
- Secretary
General Committee – SUANFC Senior Portfolios:
- Colts & Junior Football Development
- Alumni & Networks
- Social & Events
- Club Communications
- Legal & General Counsel
It is proposed that the members attending the AGM also call for playing representatives, one each from:
- NEAFL x 1
- PD & Blues x 1
- Colts x 1
- Red/Golds/Plats x 1
The Club has since 2010 asked the AGM to receive nominations for the honorary role of SUANFC Club Chairman.
Nominations for any of the above positions can be sent forward to current Club Secretary, Michael Murray via mmurray@suanfc prior to the meeting or nominations can be provided at the AGM.
