The 2019 Sydney Uni AFL Blue & Gold Luncheon is fast approaching on the 12th April. This year, the lunch is once again being held in the Trust Suite at the Sydney Cricket Ground with pre-lunch beverages on the hallowed turf itself. This year we will be joined by two Swans, Sam Naismith and Callum Mills.
Naismith has been sidelined since 2017 after he ruptured his ACL in training last March. Despite this, Naismith remains a prominent figure at the Sydney Football Club, gaining attention for his comedic presence online.
Joining Naismith is local legend Callum Mills. Pick 3 in the 2015 National Draft, Mills was forced to sit out a section of 2018 due to injury, but has started the 2019 season in style, being named in the best in round 1 vs. Western Bulldogs.
The players are joined on the panel by the Swans Development Coach and former SUANFC NEAFL Coach Lloyd Perris who will provide further detail into the structure and training of the Sydney Swans.
